Hojicha: The perfect low-caffeine tea for a brisk evening, a great late night conversation with loved ones, or with a great book that’s just a little too wordy to get through after a long day. Simply put, the aroma alone “puts your heart at peace”.

This Hojicha is made from premium mountain grown spring sencha with stems; roasted at a high temperature which creates that beautiful, toasty and nutty flavor profile characteristic in many Houjicha teas.

Notes: Coconut, Toasted Puffed Rice, and Macadamia Nuts.

Brewing

1st Steep: 5g tea, 200ml of 195ºF/90ºC water, 60 seconds.

Second Steep: Same parameters, with a 30 second steep time.

Third and Beyond: Hold for longer, two minutes even... Maybe even forget about it, remember it’s there for you, laugh then enjoy.
