If your order has already been fulfilled and shipped, we can not change or cancel the order. We ask that before every order, you make sure and confirm that you have selected all of the right parts and have not forgotten anything. If you ordered the wrong items and your order has already been shipped, you will need to place another order for the correct items. If you need to send the incorrect items back, you will need to reach out to us in order to set up a return.
We offer one day shipping through UPS for $20.
You will recieve an email confirming the shipment of your order that will include tracking information.
We do our best to get orders fulfilled as quickly and accurately as possible. Typically, that means sending out your order within 1-2 business days of it being placed. The estimates on actual transit time are provided by UPS or USPS and are pretty reliable for the most part. You can expect anywhere between 2-4 weeks for freight-shipped items like cabinets and lifts, but sometimes longer.
Keep in mind the transit time that takes place once your order leaves our facility. When our order volume is especially high, it may take more than 1-2 business days to fulfill your order. But believe me - we want to get you your stuff as soon as possible!
Items should be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging with all parts and accessories.
Items should be returned in "Good" condition; Clean, functional, and free of dent's chips, smells, stains, defects, etc. Be gentle
Consumables (Filters, Cleaners, etc.) should be unopened.
All items should be returned within 30 days of delivery. Any shipping costs you paid will not be refunded. Items that require cleaning, new packaging, parts, or do not meet the requirements of the Return Policy, may carry a restocking fee of up to 20%. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the item has been received in our warehouse.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Feel free to choose the shipping-carrier that’s most convenient for you (UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, ect.). Please note: we recommend insuring your shipment to protect against loss or damage as we can't issue refunds for items that are damaged in transit.
Note: we are unable to offer returns on special orders, custom equipment, or commercial equipment.
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to offer returns on any coffee purchased. However, if there is an issue with a coffee order you have recieved, we want to make it right. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with any coffee quality questions or concerns so that we can work with you to resolve.
We reccommend that you reach out as soon as possible, even if you haven't found a space yet. Preliminary things such as budget, branding, etc should be planned as far ahead as possible.
That being said, no matter what stage of a project you are in, we are happy to get involved and lend our expertise.
Not much! Our team can handle everything involved with getting your project off of the ground - all you need is an idea.
This depends on several factors such as the level of renovation, scale of the build out, etc. In general, though, our projects take around 6-12 months to complete.
Our consulting services are done 100% free for our clients who commit to selling our coffee. We believe that by running the best possible shop, you are able to best represent our coffee, a win-win for everyone.
This depends on the level of service you are looking for. We only require contracts for our consulting projects due to the nature of our services being complimentary without an upfront charge.
If you are looking to buy our coffee wholesale, no contract required.
We will assist in everything necessary to get your business started, including finding a qualified operator, but we do not offer operation services.
We provide all products related to coffee, whether that be the coffee itself, the equipment needed to make it, or all of the smallwares and consumables that are necessary for coffee service. Cleaning supplies, Oat Milk (from our friends at Minor Figures), tea, syrup supplies, you name it, and we can help.
Our goal is to help instill the confidence in our clients that allows them to flourish without our constant oversite. However, we always are in touch with our clients to ensure their needs are being met, doing follow up trainings for newer staff, doing maintenance on all equipment, and anything else we can do to help you thrive.
