This washed processed decaf undergoes Ethyl Acetate decaf processing: the beans are first primed with an initial steam and then soaked in ethyl acetate, a sugar solution synthesized from fruits and vegetables. This style of decaf processing produces a cleaner, sweeter decaf with less of the signature decaf funk.
