Cofermented with strawberries, this coffee is a jammy twist on your traditional brew. Ripe berry notes rush forward and perfectly balanced with a blend of Brazil and Colombia roasts. This coffee is reminiscent of the sweetest days of summer.

The strawberry portion of this blend is grown by farmers in Huila, Colombia, these cherries are harvested at peak freshness and brought to El Vergel Estate for processing.

The method is simple but the outcome is wild: an anaerobic preferment, a de-pulping, and a traditional raised-bed dry. The magic happens when fruit esters penetrate the cell walls, infusing the coffee with an uncanny strawberry character.
