The GERA Estate is located in the Djimma region of Ethiopia at altitudes over 2,000 meters above sea level. This altitude combined with the nitrogen-rich plants and natural fertilizers used on the estate provide excellent growing conditions for specialty coffee. No chemical fertilizers or insecticides are used; production at GERA focuses on sustainability and good working conditions for its employees. We roast for our online orders every Thursday and ship on the following Friday. Any orders placed after Wednesday will be roasted and shipped out the following week.

We offer free shipping on orders over $35, otherwise it is just a flat rate of $5. We typically ship through USPS, which can take anywhere from 2-7 business days depending on your proximity to our warehouse in Detroit. If you are looking for expedited shipping, you can select when you check out.
