Hand-made from Saikai Cermaics, a leader in Japanese ceramics and porcelain manufacturing, specializing in the Hasamiyaki tradition of the Nagasaki Prefecture.

These bowls are very sturdy, uniform and consistent, while not dipping in quality and still made by hand. The contrast of this finish will help your matcha look gorgeous up close and from afar.

Note: As the piece ages, the glaze may crack and stain -- a process called kannyu.
