Order Schedule
All orders ship on the following Wednesday.
Delivery Times
Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on your location.
Espresso Machines
Espresso machine orders ship 3 to 4 day freight and require a signature from the recipient for delivery.
Shipping Updates
If there is a delay in the Wednesday scheduled ship date, you will be notified with an update and the closest ship date estimation.
Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can also view tracking inside your customer account.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, reach out within 7 days of expected delivery and we'll make it right. Email support@coffeeha.us.
Shipping Zones
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not yet available.
Address Changes
We can't change a shipping address once an order has shipped. To update your address for an upcoming Wednesday ship, contact us before Tuesday.
