We roast for our online orders every Thursday and ship on the following Friday. Any orders placed after Wednesday will be roasted and shipped out the following week.
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to offer returns on any coffee purchased. However, if there is an issue with a coffee order you have received, we want to make it right. Please reach out to email@example.com with any coffee quality questions or concerns so that we can work with you to resolve.
