We roast for two things: consistency and taste. Whether you run one café or twelve, the cup should taste the same every time, on every shift.
Every order is roasted fresh, then rested a few days to degas before it delivers. You'll never see months-old stock from us.
No minimum on standard orders. Coffee comes in 5 lb increments, matcha in 1 lb. A single café ordering gets the same attention as a multi-unit group. Private label runs have low minimum orders depending on the level of customization.
We deliver coffee within about 10 miles of the roastery on Gratiot: Corktown, Midtown and Downtown, the east side and Grosse Pointe, Dearborn, Birmingham and Bloomfield, Troy and Rochester. Pick up at the roastery if you're close. Everywhere else in Michigan and the US, we ship.
We roast weekly on a schedule that's set by Tuesday, so most new accounts get their first delivery the week after onboarding.
We decide on a delivery, pick-up or ship day based on your location. You place your order on Monday and it's fulfilled that week on your selected day. Standing orders are also available and can be adjusted by email if your inventory looks different that week. Invoices come by email and can be paid by card or ACH.
Pricing is tiered by volume and type of coffee, and we go over it once we know what you pour and how much. Matcha, tea and private label are priced in the catalog.

Yes. Private label is coffee roasted here and bagged in your branding, for retail shelves, hotel rooms, office programs and grocers. We handle the label production; you bring the name. We can make a custom label for our Coffeehaus bags, or source low-minimum stock bags and add your label.
We service commercial espresso machines and grinders across Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties, with fast callbacks for emergencies. Wholesale accounts go to the front of the line. See repairs. If you're opening a new bar or changing equipment, that's consulting.
