Before you call.

What do you repair?

Commercial espresso machines and grinders first, then the rest of the bar: batch brewers, hot water towers, cold brew systems and the water filtration feeding them. If it makes coffee in a café, restaurant, hotel or office in metro Detroit, send it.

Do you fix home espresso machines?

[Luke: yes/no and how. Search shows people looking for Gaggia, Rancilio Silvia, La Pavoni, ECM and Breville repair near Detroit. If you take bench repairs at the roastery, say so here. If not, say who you send them to.]

Where do you service?

Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties, on site. That covers Detroit, Dearborn, Downriver, Grosse Pointe, Birmingham, Bloomfield, Troy, Rochester and everything between. Outside that, ask; for a multi-machine account we can usually make it work.

How fast can you get here?

Service calls are scheduled within days. Emergencies, meaning you can't serve, get a same-day callback and the fastest visit we can make, with common parts already in the van. Weekend emergencies may take longer. Use the emergency button above so it skips the queue.

What does a service call cost?

We diagnose first and quote before any work. [Luke: a diagnostic or trip fee, if there is one, and a typical range. Even "most service calls land between $X and $Y" is the single most searched thing on this page.]

How often does an espresso machine need maintenance?

Quarterly for most cafés; monthly for high-volume bars. Gaskets and shower screens on a cycle, water filters on schedule, calibration each visit. Most manufacturers require a maintenance record to honor the warranty on a machine under two years old.

Do you carry parts?

Common wear parts for the brands we service ride in the van: gaskets, seals, screens, solenoids, filters. Anything else gets ordered after the diagnosis, and we'll tell you the lead time before you commit.

Can you install a machine or set up a new bar?

Yes. Sourcing, installation, water treatment and dialing in are part of our consulting work, and machines we install go onto a maintenance schedule from day one.

Who we service

We specialize in commercial espresso equipment. The machines you'd find behind a café bar or in a roastery. Got a La Marzocco at home? We'll still help. For other home or countertop machines, you'll need to reach out to the manufacturer.

Our primary service area is the tri-county Detroit metro (Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb). We service other locations subject to availability and travel. We'll be in touch to confirm what's possible for your area.
