Absolutely not. Espresso Foundations is built for beginners, home baristas troubleshooting their own equipment, and anyone who wants to get a feel for the Fellow Series 1. If you've never pulled a shot, this is for you. If your shots are pulling sour, this is for you too.
Dialing in: dose, grind and time. Pulling shots and tasting the difference. Milk steaming and the fundamentals of latte art. Puck prep. You leave with a written recipe you can take to any machine, plus a 12oz bag of coffee.
Yes, the high-level fundamentals: steaming milk to the right texture, the pour, and a basic heart. A dedicated latte art class is in the works for a future date.
Eight people maximum per class, so everyone gets time on the machine. Classes run at the Coffeehaus Roastery, 2220 Gratiot Ave in Detroit, on Saturday mornings. Whole and oat milk are provided.
Yes. Birthdays, team outings, or something fun to do with a small group. Minimum of four people, on select dates. Email support@coffeeha.us with a headcount and a few dates.

Yes. Book a seat in the recipient's name and email support@coffeeha.us to say it's a gift. We'll send them a note, and if the date doesn't work for them we'll move them to another session.
